Should Same Wheel Width Be Used When Going from 14 inch Wheel to 15 Wheel on Trailer
Question:
My trailer currently has 14 inch wheels and 205/70/14 tires. I want to upgrade to 15 inch wheels and am wondering if it would be better to go with a 5 inch or 6 inch wide rim. The tires come in 205/75/15 or 225/75/15. The trailer is a smaller R-pod that I tow with a 4runner. Thanks.

That would mostly depend on how much clearance you have now between your frame and the wheel/tire. You want to keep at least 1 inch. I'd probably go with the same width to be safe like with the # AM32395 which is the tire size of 205/75-15.
