Question:
Would the same set-up solve the same issues of stabilization for me?

Typically the sway bars put on vehicles and motorhomes by the manufacturers are much smaller than aftermarket options, which offer more support and stability while driving. Sway bars are going to help minimize sway and body roll for a much smoother ride.
If your 2014 Fleetwood Bounder Classic has an F-53 chassis and GVWR of 18,000lbs then the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-146 you were looking at would be the correct fit for you.
