Question:

Towing light connection. Hello, I am towing a F150 with another pickup. What connections do I need to have the trailing vehicle lights sync with towing vehicle? Thanks

You could install a diode wiring kit in the F-150, but the quickest and easiest route here would be to simply plug in some tow lights like the Roadmaster Standard Magnetic Tow Lights # RM-2120.

If you are set on wanting to run the signals through the F-150's tail lights then you could use a universal diode wiring kit like the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15247. This kit will require you to splice into your F-150's wiring to complete the installation.

Fitment of this kit will depend on the year of your F-150 and you may also need a brake light relay kit or stop light kit as well. If you could reply back with the year of the F-150 you're towing then I can confirm exactly what you'll need.
