For carrying a Rad 3 step thru e-bike your best option would be to go with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE E-Bike Rack part # HLY84FR if you were looking looking for something that will get the job done well but isn't priced really high. If you wanted something with more features the EasyFold XT part # TH903202 would be a great option too as it has a ramp that pull out that will make loading and unloading bikes easier.
