Will Curt Echo Brake Controller Work on 2021 Dodge Durango With 7-Way
Question:
On my 2021 Durango did not have a trailer hitch. I added and wired the lighting for my 7 way myself. Will the curt wireless work if all lights are working properly on the trailer? Just want to know if when wired correctly, the curt will work in this new 7 way plug added

Expert Reply:
Yes, so long as your 7-way has functioning lights, 12 volt power, and ground connected properly, then your 2021 Dodge Durango is compatible with the Echo wireless brake controller, which is the following part number:
- Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180
Put more simply, so long as your 7-way was hooked up correctly and is functioning, the Echo will work.
