Solution for WF-8735 to be Lithium Battery Compatible
Question:
Hello - hoping you can help. Im looking to upgrade to a lithium battery in my trailer, that currently has a WFCO WF-8735. Im confused if I need both this part Lithium converter power center - 35 Amp and the PD4135K control center to do this, or if I can just use the progressive dynamics control center? Either way, in making this switch, do I need to worry about my tow vehicle connection as well? Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 35 Amp PD4135K Lithium Converter for WFCO RV Power Centers - 35 Amp

I have a solution for your but what you have now cannot charge Lithium batteries. You will need the Progressive Dynamics # PD4135K which is designed to replace your WF-8735P and is compatible with Lithium batteries. You do not need anything beyond this and also your tow vehicle connection would not need to change.
