The best swing away adapter and bike rack set up for your Sprinter van is going to be the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender for Bike Racks item # Y02483 and the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes item # S94FR. This bike rack has a a one piece 2" shank so that will work with the BackSwing. The Swagman works with e-bikes with fenders and is rated to be used behind RV's.
