Can the Mount-n-Lock Heavy-Haulr RV Bumper Be Mounted on a Tube Frame?

Can I mount these add a bumper brackets to my hollow tube 2x6 frame

I just heard back from my rep at Mount-n-Lock and the Heavy-Haul'r RV Bumper Replacement Kit item # MO94VR can be used with your 2 x 6 hollow tube frame. The bolts supplied work both as normal bolts and as self-tapping bolts, which is needed for a tube frame.
