Helpful Expert Reply:
The # AKEBRK-35-SA aren't specific to any particular year, make and model trailer.
They're designed for a 10 x 2-1/4 brake drum that's typically used with a 3500 lb axle. From my research, it looks like the 2013 Casita Freedom Deluxe used a 3500 lb axle, so the # AKEBRK-35-SA brake assemblies should work fine for you. You can confirm this by measuring the inside diameter and depth of your brake drums.
You'll also want to make sure your current brake mounting flanges have 4 holes that are 2-7/8 inches apart, center to center.
I've linked to a video that explains how the brake assembly works, and have provided a photo showing the relevant dimensions on the brake drum.
