How To Combat A Trailer That Sways At Almost Any Speed

It could be a number of reasons why your trailer is swaying so much, however if you do not already have a WDS with sway control, I highly recommend investing into one.
You'll also want to ensure your trailer's load is distributed evenly. A lot of times issues can stem from an improperly loaded trailer. You'll want to ensure that your trailer's tongue weight is approximately 10-15% of the trailer's overall GVWR.
That being said, to determine which weight distribution system you should get, you'll need to find out what your trailers total tongue weight is, loaded and ready to go.
You can use a tongue weight scale like the etrailer Trailer Tongue Weight Scale # e99044 to determine this.
Once you have this figured out, you can then choose a weight distribution system. For instance, if your total tongue weight was between 1,000-1,500lbs, let's say 1,200lbs, then you could use the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C17501.
Utilizing a WDS with sway control is your best bet to combat trailer sway, as this is exactly what it is designed to do.
