Do the K-Summit Thule Chains Attach to an Installed Lug Nut
Question:
In the video it shows a bolt / part going on the tire bolt. My question is do you take the tire bolt off and then install this item or does it install over the tire bolt? Sorry if this is confusing!

The Thule Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH02230K34 that you referenced attaches to the lug nut of a wheel that is installed on a wheel already. You would not need to remove a lug nut, attach the chains and then reinstall. Its just a matter of attaching to an already mounted lug nut.
I attached a review and install video for this product for you to check out also.
