Question:

Right signal light does not work on trailer pulled by chevy Tahoe 2004. Left signal works just fine. I think its a fuse, but which one is it?

On a 2004 Chevy Tahoe, the right turn signal/brake light fuse for the factory tow package will be labeled RT TRLR ST/TRN. It should be in the instrument panel fuse block located on the driver side in the cab. This is according to a copy of the owners manual I found online. Check your owners manual to be sure.

If you change the fuse and it does not help then there are some tests you can do to determine what might be causing the issue. Start by disconnecting the trailer from the vehicle. Use a circuit tester like # PTW2979 to test the vehicle side trailer connector while someone sits in the cab and runs through the lighting functions. If it does not work then there is a wiring issue somewhere on the vehicle you will need to track down.

While at the vehicle side connector make sure the pins and the back of the connectors where the wires attach are clean and free of corrosion.

On the trailer side, check its connector as well for any dirt or corrosion. Make sure the main trailer connector ground and the grounds for all of the lights are attached to clean and corrosion free bare metal surfaces. I have included a couple of links that will help you troubleshoot.
