The Hollywood Racks SR2, # HRSR2, is designed to fit on vehicles with a rear mounted spare up to 12 inches wide as long as the vehicle does not have a center mounted back up camera on the spare. There are some vehicles this carrier will not fit but your Grand Vitara is not excluded which means it should fit just fine as long as you have the factory spare tire size and no back up camera.
