While there isn't a plug and play option for your 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Sprinter, we do have another option for a brake controller that may work for you and will be arguably easier to use in the long run.
If your Mercedes-Benz does not have a 4-pole trailer connector, you'll first need to add one with # 119250KIT, which will plug in-line with your OEM harness, no cutting or splicing.
Next, if you do not have a 7-way trailer connector, you'll want to add one with # ETBC7, which will utilize the 4-pole connector you just added.
Finally, for a brake controller, I recommend using the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180, which will easily just plug into your vehicle's 7 -way connector, and give you proportional braking for up to 2 axles, or 4 braking assemblies.
If your Mercedes already had a 7-way connector, then all you need is the Curt Echo # C51180 and you'll be good to go.
I have included a review video on the Curt Echo for you to check out as well.
