Based off of my research your 2008 Karavan 1250-56 trailer has a GVWR of 1,585lbs, a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, and is 72" from hub face to hub face, with that being said, you can use the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Idler Hubs # 20545I-EZ-72-15.
You'll want to verify that the above information is correct, and also take the spring center to spring center measurement.
I have included an image to help show where you'll need to measure to ensure you get the correct axle.
The (A) measurement represents the hub face to hub face measurement, and (B) will be for the spring seat to spring seat measurement.
