What Trailer Cover do You Recommend for My 18-Foot Enclosed Trailer?

I have a 16 ft in close trailer with a 2ft v nose. Do I need a 18 cover. But if included the tongue it is 20 ft so which cover do I need

For a cover for your trailer, you do not need to include the length of the tongue because covers are typically not designed to cover the tongue. You do, however, need to factor in the length of the 2-foot nose. With that total length, it is 18 feet.

Since you have an enclosed trailer, I recommend the Adco SFS AquaShed Cover for Travel Trailer - Up to 18' - Long - Gray # 290-52239. This cover is designed for your 18 foot trailer and is constructed of fabric that is designed to bead water off the surface. It also includes built-in vents that eliminate billowing.

It is also important to note that this cover measures 90" tall. In order to make sure this is enough height for your trailer, I recommend measuring the height of your trailer from the undercarriage to the natural roof line to make sure it suits the coverage you want.
