Yes. Since the BAKFlip MX4 # BAK448131 leaves the stake pockets completely open on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 6-foot bed, you can use the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Steel with Aluminum Crossbars # A4003493 with the cover. However, if you notice from the design of the ladder rack, the bases angle inward toward the center of the truck. With this factor, there may be some rubbing when trying to open and close the MX4 on the truck. In order to open and close the cover, you will need to re-arrange the bases on the ladder rack in order to avoid side contact with the panels.

If you want a similar ladder rack that does not have this issue, I recommend the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A45DJ (matte black) or # A4003497 (silver). Since the bases of the Pro Series stand straight, there will be no rubbing with the MX4 while opening and closing. The Pro Series also installs completely into the stake pockets to not interfere with the installation of the MX4.

In addition to the 500 pound capacity of the Pro Series, you have the option of adding adjustable load stops # A4000880 and a tie-down bolt kit # A4000882 for extra cargo management. For great ratcheting straps that go well with the eye bolts, I recommend the Erickson Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks # EM34409.

Will the thule TracRac SR work with the bak flip Mx4

While the Thule TracRac SR # TH43002XT-781 also fits into the open stake pockets of the BAKFlip MX4 # BAK448131, you will have the same rubbing issue as the # A4003493. In order to use the TracRac SR with the MX4, you will need to re-arrange the bases on the ladder rack in order to avoid side contact with the panels when opening the cover.
