We do have another option for a hitch on your 2018 Ford Edge Sport. It is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" item # e36RR. This has a sturdier matte finish that is rust resistant. It doesn't have the glossy finish like the Draw-Tite item # 75234 you referenced. It has a concealed cross tube which means the only visible portion of the hitch will be the 2" x 2" receiver and safety chains. This the most subtle option we have for hitches on the 2018 Edge.
If you need a wiring harness you will want the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118677.
To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534. This towing kit will provide you with a 2" ball and a fixed ball mount with a 3/4" rise and 2" drop. It also includes a hitch pin and clip, hitch receiver lock with keys, hitch cover, and a storage case.
