Recommended SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs for 2008 Toyota Tundra
Question:
I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra sr5 double cab 5.7l 6.5 bed and the factory tow package, I purchased the Tekonsha prodigy P3 for it. I will towing a 2 horse slant trailer, empty is 3000 lbs, loaded around 5900 lbs. I will pulling it under 100mi at most and maybe 1 - 2 a month would the somo ssr-610-54 work?

Yes, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-610-54 are a confirmed fit for a 2008 Toyota Tundra (All Models). They feature a bolt-on install and do a great job of reducing sag/squat from towing and hauling. That said, for lighter load and infrequent use I recommend the lighter duty option since it will ride better unloaded, part # SSR-610-40.
