I recommend picking up the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP50087-58 for your 2018 Ford F-150 since they don't require any drilling into your frame for the installation. If you don't also ready a 5th wheel hitch the Reese 16K Slider # RP30075 is a solid and effective choice that fits directly to these rails.
Then for an air bag kit I recommend going with the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 with the internal jounce bumpers for an extra bit of security. You'll need part # AL88268 if you have a 2WD or part # AL88385 if you have a 4WD. These will help out with up to 5,000 lbs and are also custom-fit so no drilling will need to take place for the installation.
I also recommend checking out the Air Lift QuickShot Compressor System for Air Springs # AL25690 which allows you to monitor and adjust your air bags on the fly, plus it comes with a reserve tank so you can use the compressor for other things like bike tires, sports balls, and whatever else you'll need to inflate whether you're at home or at the campground.
Attached are some installation videos for you to check out.
