From the looks of your recent searches, you are looking for a 1-bike wheel-mount hitch bike rack for your electric fat bike with 4.8 inch tires. For a great rack that fits your needs, I recommend the Saris MHS Modular Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # SAR23MR. Not only does the MHS accommodate your 4.8 inch wide tires, it comes with a 60-pound weight capacity. In addition, it is compatible with bikes that have a wheel diameter of 20" - 29" and a maximum wheelbase of 53" from axle to axle. For theft-deterrence, the MHS comes loaded with locks that protect both your bike and the rack itself.

I went ahead and attached a demo video that shows some bumper clearance dimensions of the rack for you to check out if you already have a hitch installed.

If you do not have a hitch installed, feel free to reply with your year/make/model of vehicle, and I will be happy to recommend a hitch that works for you.

If you have a 70-pound e-bike, you do need another option in order to receive the weight capacity you need. Since 60-pounds is the highest weight capacity offered for a 1-bike rack, the only options we have are 2-bike racks that are frame-mount options. For that route, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches # HLY84FR. The Sport Rider SE comes with a massive 80-pound per bike weight capacity. Since the cradles hold bikes up to 5 inches wide, it is perfect for your 4.8 inch wide tires. As a bonus, it also comes loaded with locks for theft-deterrence. It is important to note that this rack is compatible only with 2" hitch receivers. If you have a hitch installed already, I recommend measuring the center of the pinhole to the outside face of your rear bumper. If that measurement is less than 5" long, you will not have any bumper clearance issues when using the Sport Rider SE. If you happen to have a step-thru bike frame or plan to transport women's bikes or children's bikes, you need a bike frame adapter bar # 64005 for each of those bike styles. The adapter bar provides your bikes with a straight, horizontal plane that is required to attach to the ratcheting hooks of the Sport Rider SE. I went ahead and attached a video that shows how the adapter works.
