I went out to the warehouse, and measured the Lippert Motor Home Entry Screen Door Bubble Slider Panel # LC234101 that you inquired about.
This item, along with the Replacement Slide for P-Series RV Screen Doors # A77019 you mention, have the same thickness at 2.24mm, and the same depth of 1-1/4".
Unfortunately, all of our slider panels are going to be around the same thickness of 1-1/4".
