Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension for 3 Ton Application
Question:
Dear sir/madam, we are currently looking at Axle-less Axles with Hub for an up and coming project for our new design and would be grateful if you could provide a quotation based on overall 3 tons unit, for all 4 corners using your Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - Item # A20RS545. Thank you for your help with this matter and look forwarded to your reply. Kind regards

It sounds like you would like to add 2 sets of the Timbren Axle-Less system that can handle 3 tons. Since the # A20RS545 only has a 2,000 lb capacity, a pair of these would not be able to handle 6,000 lbs. Instead, you would need the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs - Straight Spindle - 5 on 4-1/2 # A35RS545.
These have a 3,500 lb capacity, so 2 of them will be able to handle your 6,000 lb unit. These also have the same 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern as the 2,000 lb system. The Timbren axle-less system fits any frame width, and can be bolted or welded on for installation. The prices can be found on the product page.
I have attached a review video for your reference.
