Helpful Expert Reply:
The Westlake tire ST235/85R16 # LHWL410 have a diameter of 31.7 inches and a width of 9.3 inches. Currently your tire ST235/80 R16 has an outer diameter of 30.79 inches and a width of 9.25 inches. The difference between the two is nothing much, but you will want to make sure you have the clearance for the additional diameter of 0.91 inches, which is .455 inches taller above the axle and 0.05 inches wider. Now if you're trying to run one 235/85R16 and one 235/80/R16 you can but it would only work in an emergency situation and you would have to get to one size asap.
