Recommended 7,000lb Replacement Axles For 6,000lb Dexter Axles
Question:
I have a 2019 Cruiser RV Stryker 3214. Tandem axle. The axle sticker says its a 6000lb axle and I want to replace the axles and springs. Id like 7000lb axles and the corresponding heavier spring. I know the frame is also a weak area but Im doing this more to get a better comfort as the fram should be good. I dont plan to be overloaded but I am within 200lbs of 12000lbs.

While we don't carry 7000lb axles compatible with the hub face and spring center dimensions of your current axles I do still have a solution for you.
The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # TASR7KS01 will give you new axle and springs all in one easy to install system. The AEON progressive-rate main springs absorb road shock and support trailer's load to deliver a smooth, stable ride, regardless of load size.
The two independent units can eliminate the need for a thru axle while also increasing the ground clearance, reduce roll during cornering, and will fit any fit any trailer width. The built-in camber and toe-in help your trailer to track straight, reducing wear on the tires.
I do want to note that switching to these will not increase the capacity of your trailer and just like you said, the frame will be the weakest point.
