Can I Attach the Yakima JayLow to the Yakima OffGrid Cargo Basket?

Yes! The two accessory bars that come with the medium Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 44" Long x 40" Wide - 165 lbs # Y07138 allow you to mount the Yakima JayLow Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style or Post Style # Y04073. The bars also have the required crossbar spread you need.

To make sure that your OffGrid and the JayLow are protected from theft, I recommend using the Yakima Same-Key Lock Cores # Y07206. These cores will have all of your locks keyed alike. If you plan to use a second boat with the JayLow, you need the additional Yakima Bow/Stern Tie-Down Ropes w/ Ratchets and Strap Loops - 1/4" x 12' # Y04031.
