The BAKFlip FiberMax Hard Tonneau Cover - Folding - Aluminum and Fiberglass, part # BAK126309, is compatible with your 2008 Ford F-150. This tonneau cover does not cover you stake pockets, so any ladder racks that attach via stake pockets will be compatible with this tonneau cover. Please keep in mind the design of most ladder racks will prohibit you to fold your tonneau cover while they are on the truck.

My ladder rack recommendation is the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack - 1,250 lbs, part # TH43002XT-508. It uses 69-1/2" long crossbars with a maximum weight capacity of 1,250 lbs. The nice thing about this ladder rack is the legs are adjustable. They can slide forward and backward, which makes this ladder rack more flexible.

Another option is the Rapid Switch Systems Pro Sport Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Full-Size Short Bed Trucks - 500 lbs, part # RS67FR. This ladder rack has a maximum weight capacity of 500 lbs with 72" long bars.
