Are The Timbren Hollow Rubber Springs For The 2022 Ford F-250 The Same Height?

I see that there are 2 different Timbrens for my 2022 Ford F-250. Are they both the same height?

The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDJ are 6-7/8" tall. These springs are designed to be used for typical use on your 2022 Ford F-250.
The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System # TFRTT350J is 7" tall. These springs are a severe service spring which is intended for use on a truck that will spend all of its time with additional weight on the rear suspension. Typically these are used on service trucks with tool boxes, Camper trucks, plow trucks and tow trucks.
