Fogatti Tankless Water Heater Troubleshooting After Initial Install

I installed the hot water heater when to try it it gives me the ec code what else is Wong I check propane is good its got water Ive reset it many times Ive called fogatti many times left messages and no customer service reply

This sounds like you do not have the right amount of pressure in your propane lines.

These units are designed to work with an 11 inch water column, 11" WC. You may need to replace your regulator or your tanks.

However, I do recommend getting a licensed professional to come look at it. Anytime you are dealing with gas or electricity it is always safe practice to have a professional make sure it is done right so you do not cause harm to yourself or your property.

They will be able to tell you if you have 11" WC at the water heater and be able to tell you what needs to be replaced or adjusted.
