If you are getting the "NC" error message on your Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional # 90885, this could mean a few things given that you are not getting power on the ground and brake. I went ahead and attached the error code description from the instructional manual.
Since you are not getting any power, I recommend checking all connections of the 7-way harness to make sure there are not any shorts anywhere along the wires. Another thing to check is the grounds. The grounds should be attached to a clean, rust-free surface on the trailer. Also, since you are not getting any power at all, I recommend checking your fuses in your vehicle to make sure they are still operational.
