entry step motor for 1991 bounder. Kwikee brand. No part number for motor in the manuel. shows control unit part #9513 and 9514

We do have a solution though there isn't an exact replacement module for a 9513/9514 unit manufactured before 1999 like what you have.
Instead what you'll need to do is upgrade your steps with the Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC379145.
This will give you a new and better performing motor, linkage, control unit, switch kit, and hardware.
