Furron Observation Camera Not Working With 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500

Question:

I have a 2019 Cedar Creek 36CTKS. The tow vehicle is a 2021 Chev 3500 HD. I have tried numerous times to pair the camera with no luck. I get a blue light on the camera so its getting power. On the monitor I get Paring failed. My previous tow vehicle was a 2018 Chev 3500HD and the camera worked great.

This adapter connects your tow vehicle's 7-way trailer connector and manages the power output from your tow vehicle going to your Vision S RV cameras. This will interface with your vehicle's power management software providing the correct level of 12-volt power to your RV cameras.
