Will Thule Insta Gater Pro Interfere with Rear Derailer of Trek Verve Bike
Question:
I am considering the Thule Insta Gater Pro to carry my bike in my 2014 Nissan Frontier. My XL bike is a little too long so I would have to put the rear wheel in the Thule, and turn the handlebars to make it fit. My concern is that the arm on the Thule will interfere with the rear derailleur. Would appreciate your guidance. The bike is a Trek Verve 2 if that helps.

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack # TH93VR that you referenced was designed to be able to secure bikes by the front or rear wheel. It will work great with your Trek Verve 2 and would not interfere with the derailleaur.
