Will the Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap Work with a Pilot Hole of 4-7/8"

I have a 16 inch rim 8 lugs measures 4 7/8 center hole is that the same size as 4.88? AM90156C does this part number include the center cap for the wheel cap? Thanks
