Can Powered RV Vents Be Installed Above A Shower

why is this unit state no use over shower and the unit FV803350 did not ?

While I don't personally recommend installing an electric vent over shower, for fear of water damaging the vent, Fan-Tastic Vent just doesn't have a manufacturer requirement of not installing above a shower listed like MaxxAir does with the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-07500K.
