The Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter # C16210 is only compatible with the original Curt Double Lock Gooseneck trailer hitch, while the Curt X5 5th-Wheel Base Rail Adapter Plate # C16220 fits the new EZr Curt Double Lock Gooseneck trailer hitch.
The easiest way to find the one you have is the new EZr uses 5/8" diameter safety chain u-bolts while the original only used 1/2" diameter u-bolts.
