Yes, you can install the Firestone Ride-Rite system, # F2250, on your 2004 GMC Sierra 3500 Dually. I have included a link to a video showing a typical installation and a link to the installation instructions for you.
You can inflate the air bags manually using an air compressor if you have one. Or you can get an on-board compressor and add or remove air from the bags from the cab of the truck. There are 2 options: Level Command kit # F2097 which will adjust both bags together, or Level Command II, # F2219, which has gauges and adjusts each bag separately. I have included a couple of links on Firestone kits for you.
