Expert Reply:
To mount your Curt A16 Slider 5th wheel hitch in your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with 6.5' bed you will need base rails installed in the bed of your truck. The Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails # RP56001-53 are confirmed to fit your truck and will provide you with a set of industry standard base rails. As long as the Curt A16 you have uses industry standard mounting points (isn't a hitch designed for an OEM puck system) then you are good to go with these rails and your hitch.
Another thing you may be interested in is the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # C56000. This will allow you to move a 7-way connector up into the bed of your truck, while retaining the use of the 7-way at the rear of your truck. This will allow you to hook up your 5th wheels wiring easier.
