Question:
Im looking for rack for my Kia but cannot afford much. Do you recommend any affordable rack for me? I need to road 2 mountain bikes. Thanks.

There are two primary methods of carrying bikes with your Soul. A trunk (or hatch) mounted rack or a hitch mounted rack. The less expensive of the two alternatives would be a trunk mounted rack. If you click the provided link, you can see the trunk mounted racks that are a fit for your Soul. The Thule Passage 2 Bike Rack, part # TH910XT would be a good, low cost alternative as long as your bikes do not weigh more than 35 lbs apiece. Trunk racks do not typically carry more than 70 pounds total with a 35 pound per bike limit.
A hitch mounted solution would first require a hitch like the Draw-Tite Class I, part # 24839 be installed. The limited capacity of a Class I hitch would limit you to carrying two bikes using a rack like the Swagman Trailhead, part # S63360.
Whichever method you choose, to carry womens bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes or step-through frames, using a frame adapter like part # 64005 is recommended. The adapter spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, and provides a level attachment point to the bike rack so the bike has greater ground clearance and is not carried at an angle.
