Temp Display Flashes On Everchill RV Refrigerator with French Doors

My new RV Everchill French doors with freezer draw the freezer temp panel flashes df I pulled the fuse to reset it it showed 12 on the display but went back to df Any help would be great Camping World where I purchased can’t help only own the rig for three days, honestly they haven’t even tried
