Finding Correct Reverse Light Circuit Wire on Truck for 5-Way Adapter
Question:
I am trying to hook up the 4 to 5 pin trailer adapter to my f150 pickup. The reverse lights have two black and one blue wires going to them...which wire do i splice the adapter blue wire to?

You are going to need to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test both of the wires that are running to your reverse lights for voltage so that you can figure out which is the power wire and use that for the 5th pin of the 5-way adapter you have like with the # C57187.
