You may have a defective component on your Lippert Ground Control 3.0, # LC358590. Since this is a new RV I suggest you contact your dealership for warranty coverage. The Replacement Touchscreen Remote w/ Charger for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric Leveling System, is part number, # LC358601.
