There could be a few reasons you're experiencing low power with your A-iPower 3,800-Watt Portable Inverter Generators - 3,000 Running Watts - Gas - Manual Start # 289-SUA2000i-2.

1. It’s low on oil.
This generator requires 10W-30, you'll want to fill the oil until the upper mark of the dipstick is met.

2. The quality of the gas isn't up to par.
If your gas is old or has been sitting around for a long time this can diminish the performance of your generator. Replace with fresh gas.

3. The fuel valve isn't fully open or clogged.
Check the fuel line for clogs and ensure the fuel cap vent lever is in the ON position.

4. The carburetor is clogged or air locked.
You'll have to remove the carburetor and clean it out.

5. Check the air filter.
Check and clean the air filter

If you've checked all of these and still aren't getting full power then please reply back and we can keep troubleshooting.
