Yes, absolutely the Blind Spot Monitoring System for Motorcycles, # CU44TR will work on your 2016 Polaris Slingshot. You just have to make sure you are still using the factory location for the license plate mount. Understanding that modification of the exhaust exit location is common with the Slingshot and that entails relocation from factory for the license plate mount, this needs to be considered. Please note the attached image.
