Do 5,200 Lb Trailer Axles Use Different Bearings

Question:

This hub# is showing correct for my 2018 Shasta Phoenix Lite 30RLS vin# 5ZT3SPVB5JA000306. The Dexter website shows 3 different bearing sizes for the 5200lb hubs. Can I be sure your hubs have the correct bearing sizes for my rv without removing the existing hub and measuring the spindle? My axles were painted by the dealer rust so the axle tags are somewhat covered in overspray.

There are indeed a few different bearings used in a 5,200 lb axle but the inner diameters are the same so there should not be any issue. The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-201-5UC3-EZ will fit, but the trailer can use either the included 2.125" grease seal or a 2.250" part # GS-2250DL so if you don't want to take apart the hubs just yet, buy the other seals so you are covered either way, the bearings won't be an issue though.
