If you happen to have a factory tow package on your 2020 Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon with a 4-way and 7-way already equipped, you are correct that the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR and the Tekonsha Custom Wiring Harness # 3073-P is the plug-and-play setup you are looking for. There are no additional parts needed.
If, however, you do not have a factory tow package and do not have any harnesses or anything installed to prep your vehicle, you need to equip your vehicle with a 4-way and a 7-way before adding a brake controller. For the 4-way, I you need the T-One Wiring Harness - 4-Way # 118786. Once the 4-way is installed, then you are ready for the 7-way plug. That part is the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7. I went ahead and attached some installation videos if you need guidance in this process.
After installing the 4-way and 7-way, the closest controller we have that has the simplest plug-and-play ease is the Curt Echo # C51180. The Echo simply installs into the 7-way plug without any additional hardwiring into your setup. Another benefit is that the Echo can be controlled 100% wirelessly via Bluetooth. This controller also works on your tow package setup as well.
