What Charger do You Recommend for Using My 12-Volt Refrigerator to Avoid Battery Drainage?

I have a 2018 F-150 and a 2021 Palomino Solaire 317BHSK with a 12 volt refrigerator. When I tow my trailer it drains the battery in my truck to the point when I stop to fill up for gas if I dont disconnect the trailer plug from my truck then my truck wont start up again.
