The best option we have for an RV approved 2" hitch receiver 4-Bike rack is the Thule Range # TH9057. This is has been rated and approved for use with anything from a small passenger vehicle up to a travel trailer (which has the harshest ride environment) so you know it will hold up really well.

The Range can carry up to 37.5 lb bikes and has an improved 7" spacing over a lot of the hanging-style racks on the market so it will be a bit easier to get your 4 bikes loaded. Please note that you'll need an adapter bar # TH982XT for any kids bikes or bikes that lack a horizontal top tube like what we see on a standard men's bike.
