I recommend the Hollywood Rack Sport Rider # HLY84FR. It can hold up to 80 pounds per bike. It has the frame-mounted securing method which will completely bypasses any damage potential of securing your bikes by the wheels using the wheel straps.
If your electric bike rack is step through or an alternative frame style, I would recommend the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar # S57FR. This product allows you to attach a straight horizontal place to your electric bike in order for them to be secured by the ratcheting hooks for the Sport Rider bike rack.
