Front Suspension Enhancement For a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ
Question:
Hello. Will the part in question, SSF-201-47, fit on the front coil springs of my 2008 Suburban LTZ with factory Air Ride and without front bump stops? Im trying to reduce front end dive when I lift my snow plow SnowDogg MD-75. Thanks.

It sounds like your 2008 Chevrolet Suburban is a 1500 series as I do not see that they made an LTZ trim on the 2500. The Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1125F and Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System # TGMFK15B are the 2 kits that we have for the front of your Suburban that are confirmed to fit. Both kits will work with the factory air ride and without bump stops. The SumoSprings # SSF-201-47 are only for the heavier 2500 chassis Suburban's.
The Timbren # TGMFK15B is a very heavy duty spring with a capacity of 14,000lbs making it great for use with a plow. It will make the ride quality harsher when you do not have the plow attached.
The SumoSprings # CSS-1125F do not have a rated capacity but they are less harsh on the front suspension when unloaded. These are a better option if you are concerned with ride quality.
